Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation (NAC) is the Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC) for the Ngarluma people, the Traditional Owners of the land and waters around the Pilbara region in Western Australia. Our role is to represent and support the cultural, social, and economic interests of our people. We are deeply committed to fostering sustainable economic opportunities while protecting and preserving Ngarluma cultural heritage. We’re currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in our Karratha office. About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for members, visitors and stakeholders, ensuring everyone who walks through the door is greeted with professionalism and cultural respect. This role suits someone organised, friendly and confident in handling a busy front desk with a calm, steady approach. Key Responsibilities Manage reception, greet visitors and handle incoming calls Support members and community with basic enquiries and appointments Maintain reception and meeting areas and coordinate visitor sign-in Provide general administrative support (mail, filing, scanning, data entry) Assist with office coordination including supplies, bookings and equipment Support the Corporate Services team with day-to-day operations About You Previous experience in reception or general administration Strong communication skills and professional presentation Ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal people and Elders Confident with Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems Organised, reliable and able to handle sensitive information We are open to consider part-time/job share for the right candidates Why Join Us?
